OUTSIDE THE PARTY STATE
1960年前後，以 「 自由中國 」 雜誌為核心的民主派知識份子，串連臺灣省議會議員籌組政黨，遭政治迫害未果。而後 「 黨外 」 勢力漸成氣候，新生代政治人物在美麗島事件（1979年）中遭逮捕判刑，前仆後繼，匯集成推動臺灣民主發展的力量。
此媒體以卷宗檔案夾為意象，選用較有相關記述、照片或特殊性資料作為主要互動內容，並有其他判決書簽呈等可供點選查看。
During the martial law period, the government used the "Regulations for the Control and Suppression of Rebellion" to deal with dissidents, subjecting them to severe interrogations and executing at least a thousand people. Despite this, calls for freedom, rule of law, and human rights never ceased.
Around 1960, a group of pro-democracy intellectuals centered around the magazine "Free China" attempted to organize a political party by collaborating with members of the Taiwan Provincial Assembly, but they faced political persecution and failed. Subsequently, the "Dangwai" (non-KMT) movement gained momentum, with a new generation of political figures being arrested and sentenced during the Kaohsiung Incident (1979). Their relentless efforts converged into a powerful force driving Taiwan's democratic development.
This exhibit uses a file folder motif, featuring related records, photographs, and unique materials as the main interactive content. Additional documents, such as verdicts and petitions, are also available for viewing.
